Free From Yesterday Foundation was founded by Leandra Wohner a child abuse survivor. Leandra was molested at the age of nine by a trusted family member. She didn't tell anyone because she thought no one would believe her.

The trauma she went through caused her to suffer from anxiety and depression.She didn't want children to suffer like she did as a child. In December of 2017 She decided she wanted to bring more awareness to child abuse by starting Free From Yesterday Foundation.
